Diner En Blanc

Diner En Blanc
2016

The
Project

In 2016 Sacramento was selected as the first Northern California city to host Diner En Blanc, and international pop up dinner that has appeared in cities all over the world. Along with his co-hosts Maritza Davis, Bobbin Mulvaney, Christine Ault, Libby Siino and Michelle Odell the first dinner helped christen the opening week of the Golden One Center! The event sold out in its first year and is now boasting a waiting list of 4000 for next year’s event! Tre is focused on bringing the art and entertainment to the event, and is excited to help bring some international flair and visibility to Sacramento!

Launched nearly 30 years ago in Paris by François Pasquier and his close friends, Le Dîner en Blanc de Paris continues to bring more than 10,000 people together each year in some of the French Capital’s most prestigious sites. Over the years, the event has grown in recognition and attendance, taking place at the Pont des Arts, the Champs-Élysée, and the garden of the Palais Royal, amongst others. In 2013, Le Dîner en Blanc de Paris celebrated its 25th anniversary by gathering nearly 15,000 guests at Le Louvre, in the garden of Trocadero, and in front of the Eiffel Tower.

Today, more than 70 cities around the world host their own Dîner en Blanc, including Paris, New York, Sydney, Tokyo, London, Los Angeles, Kigali, Haiti, Chicago, Philadelphia, Melbourne, Johannesburg, Singapore, Toronto, Vancouver, and Montreal.

Le Dîner en Blanc wishes to promote friendship and elegance, setting a new standard for chic outdoor events. Built by friends and for friends, Le Dîner en Blanc is a unique event. Now, guests in your city have the chance to be part of this chic and festive experience. It promises to be a can’t-miss event of the year!
